Mexican artist Judith Musule created this stupendous “Holy Cow!” illustration…
Branding considerations
Writer Tech Wizard Mike was in no way disappointed with the quality of this illustration, he thought it was extremely well-rendered and children would really like it.
But (thinking in terms of the terms of branding), Tech Wizard Mike realized that this and indeed all of the illustrations in the Technology Skills for Kids picture books should have some “wizardly” elements — especially those that did not feature any of the central characters (e.g. young Tech Wizard Mike, Tabby Cat, Tough Cookie
and Samantha).
modifications requested
Judith was not available to modify her “Holy Cow” illustration so Tanya was asked to create a Holy Cow illustration with “wizardly elements” based on this reference image…
Tanya’s version
This is an alternate version of the Holy Cow illustration that appears in Book #2 of the Technology Skills for Kids picture book series entitled “Graphical User Interfaces.”
