Collaborating with a talented and enthusiastic illustrator is one of the most exciting aspects of creating a children’s picture book.
For example, “Chippy Gets Scammed!” (a story about identity theft) previously existed only in my head and as words on my computer screen but now illustrator Dinnie is bringing it to life!

Dinnie is a wonderful visual storyteller. She makes what could have been a very static scene into an exciting event that pops off the page!
I selected the “piggy Bank” version…
